Rick graduated in Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He has been a successful Technology Executive, Sales Leader and Business Owner throughout his career. This has evolved to him Coaching sales professionals, sales leaders, new startup businesses and existing businesses to reach their financial and lifestyle goals.

Rick is also a mentor and speaker with the University of Toronto's Faculty of Engineering Hatchery (startup) program and is a Certified Coach. Rick coaches sales professionals and businesses with programs that suit the client's objectives.
